Accounts and eligibility
Registration is available only to people aged 18 or older. By checking the registration declaration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and accept these terms and the privacy policy. Provide your own name, email and mobile number. Your email is used for password resets and service messages; registration does not require an email-confirmation step. ExamDrona registration is for preparation and does not establish eligibility for recruitment; the official examination notification governs age, qualifications and other conditions.
Access, plans and prices
Check the selected exams, validity, final payable amount and applicable coupon before paying. The standard selected-exam plan is one month; the all-access plan is six months unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Selecting more than one exam can increase the price. Displayed consumer prices include the stated GST; checkout and the payment receipt show the tax breakdown. Prices may change for future purchases without shortening an existing paid entitlement. Purchases are one-time payments; a renewal requires another purchase.
Digital delivery
Access is linked to the registered student account after server verification of a successful payment. A bank debit alone is not proof that access has been activated. If access is missing, contact support with the payment or order reference and avoid paying repeatedly. No physical product is shipped. Downloads remain subject to the purchased access and personal-use restrictions.
Practice and live exams
Practice scores, leaderboards and estimated cutoffs are learning aids, not official results. Scheduled live exams use the announced start/end times and require a working device and connection. Each student has one attempt and one active session per event. Do not impersonate candidates, automate attempts or manipulate scores. Technical or timing disputes can be reported to support.
Content and language limitations
Mocks and PYQ-pattern papers are practice materials unless explicitly identified as sourced official papers. Generated sets may reuse pools or templates. Content, translations and explanations may contain errors; report them for review. The current official notification and official answer key govern the actual examination. No guaranteed accuracy, selection, rank or examination outcome is promised.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use accessible content and permitted downloads for your personal study. Do not resell, bulk scrape, republish, distribute paid materials, bypass locks or upload material you have no right to use. Third-party names, logos and documents remain the property of their owners; source attribution does not itself grant reproduction rights. Rights holders may send a specific URL and evidence of ownership to support for review.
Suspension and service changes
We may restrict accounts where there is evidence of fraud, security abuse or prohibited sharing. Where practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contest it. Maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability; contact support if you cannot use purchased access. No clause removes remedies for deficient services, misleading representations or other rights available under applicable law.
Refunds and complaints
The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the seven-day service guarantee and payment-error handling. Indian law applies; nothing here prevents a consumer from approaching a legally competent consumer forum or authority. Material changes will be reflected in this dated policy and, where required, notified to affected users.
