Information used by the service
Registration uses your name, email and mobile / WhatsApp number. Email-and-password registration also requires a password; selected exam preferences may be saved separately. The service also processes account identifiers, authentication/session information, attempts, answers, scores, bookmarks, reported mistakes, support messages and subscription status. Checkout collects billing name, address, state, PIN and optional GSTIN, together with order/payment references and tax records. Hosting and security providers may process request logs, IP addresses and device/browser information. Do not include sensitive identity documents, passwords, OTPs or card details in support messages.
Why it is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, deliver exams and paid access, save progress, calculate practice rankings, answer support requests, prevent abuse, send account/recovery/service or renewal messages and maintain tax/payment records. Joining a WhatsApp channel is optional and takes you to WhatsApp under its own terms. Your mobile number is not a public leaderboard field. Display names and scores may appear in relevant leaderboards; avoid using a sensitive identifier as your display name.
Service providers and disclosures
ExamDrona uses Supabase for authentication/data services, Vercel for hosting, Razorpay for payments and configured email-delivery providers including Amazon SES. Necessary information is shared with providers for these functions, subject to their processing arrangements. Payment credentials entered in Razorpay checkout are handled by Razorpay; ExamDrona uses payment references and status for verification. Google Gemini may assist administrative content generation; do not upload personal student information into paper-generation workflows. Providers may process information outside your state or India according to their configuration and applicable law. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or protect the service. We do not sell student contact lists.
Google sign-in data
Google sign-in is optional; email and password registration is also available. When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, name, email address and email-verification status, and may provide your profile image and basic profile information. ExamDrona uses these details to authenticate you, create or link your student account and display your account profile. Your Google password is never supplied to ExamDrona. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar.
Storage, sharing and control of Google data
Supabase processes and stores the Google identity and profile information for ExamDrona authentication. Session credentials are stored in your browser to keep you signed in. Account information is processed by our hosting and support systems only as needed to operate and secure the service. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or send it to content-generation models. Authorised administrators may access account information for account management and support. You can remove ExamDrona access in your Google Account third-party connections settings. Revoking Google access does not itself delete your existing ExamDrona account or learning records; request deletion at info@examdrona.com from your registered email. Google-derived account data follows the retention and deletion rules below. ExamDrona’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Browser storage and security
Essential cookies or browser storage support sign-in, language choices, navigation and saved practice state. Clearing them may sign you out or remove locally saved progress. Access controls and encrypted connections help protect data, but no service can promise absolute security. Use a unique password, keep your device secure and contact support about suspected unauthorised access.
Retention and deletion
Account and learning records are retained while needed to provide the service and resolve legitimate operational issues. You can request correction, access/export or account deletion by emailing from your registered address. We may verify ownership before acting. Records necessary for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations may be retained after account closure; backup copies may persist until normal rotation. We will explain any retention that prevents complete deletion. Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Your choices and complaints
Contact support to correct details, obtain a copy of your information, withdraw optional communications or request account closure. Essential security and transaction messages may still be necessary while an account or transaction remains active. Applicable data-protection rights depend on the law and its commencement provisions; this policy does not claim that every provision of the DPDP framework is already in force.
Children and guardians
New accounts are restricted to people aged 18 or older. We record the adult declaration, policy version and timestamp; a checkbox is a self-declaration, not independent age verification. If an account belongs to someone under 18, contact info@examdrona.com for review. Requests concerning previously created guardian-managed accounts can also be sent to this address; legally required transaction records may need to be retained.
Grievance officer
Reshma S., Proprietor and Grievance Officer, RuleMithra / ExamDrona. Email info@examdrona.com with the subject “Grievance — ExamDrona”, or write to the business address above. Include your account email, order ID where relevant, the issue and requested resolution; never send passwords, OTPs or full card details. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month of receipt. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in or call 1915. These steps do not restrict statutory remedies.
